Smt. Rilanjana Talukdar, the Member of Assam State Commission for Protection of Child Rights along with Technical Consultant Mridusmita Dutta visited today (26th May 2025) two Rehab Centre for Drugs and Substance in Guwahati as an integral part of Monitoring Inspection visit where a detailed discussion was held with the Proprietors, Project Co ordinators, Counsellors and Residential staff of the Rehabilitation centres to understand their functioning and treatment procedures and also on the reasons behind the daily increasing graph of Substance Abuse amidst the younger generation and also strategizing some important measures and steps that can be taken in the rehabilitation centre for the betterment of the younger generation.
